I rented for 5+ years and at first it was good friendly staff ect then it started to go down hill there was damage to the main gate that just seemed to get worse I attached a picture of shipping tape holding the gate together, the door on the climate controlled units had been broken for over a year I asked several times when it would be fixed and kept getting different answers, first the owner said he was fighting with the insurance company, then I asked a few months later and didn’t get a answer, then they said the parts were not available, then back to the insurance problems I finally moved out

Clean neat but when I moved they said I needed a new lease with my new address. No problem until they demanded my full social. They gave no reason for it and said it was corporate. Their system is not secure and there is no need to provide anything other that your last 4. Sadly we parted ways over the issue.

These people are awesome. My girlfriend has been renting a unit there for about a year. Recently with this pandemic she has not been able to keep up with her rent. I went in to help her and pay some of it off and Tony was very understanding. Tony is such a good person he waived a couple of late fees and I was able to get her caught up. Thank you Tony and ibox for your clean & safe storage.

Good and helpful people managing it, fair prices, choice of inside or outside space, even climate controlled building if you want it (costs extra). Free use of either of their two trucks if you want to use (one smaller, one larger), secure, grounds kept clean ... My only complaints - and why 4 stars instead of 5 - is that 1) the spaces have no lighting in the ceiling*, making it hard to see well at times, and 2) it can get quite icy at the entrances to at least the building I'm in, although they do try to keep up with it. * Hallways are well lit but motion controlled, so if inside your storage space for a while, the lights will go off, making it really dark, since no lighting in storage spaces. All you have to do is step into hallway for lights to come back on, but can be a little spooky (and dangerous) if happens at night, so bring a flashlight or lantern or something similar!

Needed a place to store some things to clear a bedroom and accommodate a family member that had fallen on rough times. Turned to this place just from having passed it by several times. From the get go it was fee after fee as well as very deceptive advertising in the rates. The rate listed online has a bunch of hoops and after a bit of convincing I was able to get that rate but then I was told it was only good for six months and the rate would double to about $100 for a 5X10 unit. To top it off I was offered a "free month" but since I moved in late in the month that was considered my "free month" oh and that partial month also counted toward one of the discounted six months. The best part was moving out; I opted to find a bigger unit elsewhere for half the price no gimmicks, no games flat rate $45 per month. Anyhow I moved out on the 6th of the month but to avoid getting locked out and incurring a bunch of fees I paid my rent for the full month. Upon turning in keys I mentioned that I had paid and was told that's nice but we do not pro-rate or offer any refund. I will further pursue this matter as it is illegal in Colorado to charge "double rent" for any duplicate period meaning they cannot re-rent that unit which seems highly unlikely. In addition when moving my items out I noticed a few very wet and damp boxes indicating that the unit had a leak and causing peril to my belongings. Do yourself a favor and do some research and rent elsewhere with a firm that is more focused on customer service and return customers form it's community and less on padding their stakeholders pockets. I rented with a national conglomerate and they were far more transparent and fair than these clowns.
